Nose: powerful, saline, rich yet fresh. Peat is the first to speak. The latter is oily and full of salt and white pepper. The marine register is omnipresent: samphire, damp granite, sun-warmed sand. After a moment, a few lemony, licorice notes and powerful, heady floral notes settle in.

palate: once again, the balance between fatness and freshness is just right.

finish: a thick cloud of ash mixed with a hint of dark chocolate and mint.
