The world of rum punches takes on a whole new dimension under the creative impetus of ced’. For this recipe, ced’ has combined two unreduced agricultural rum bases from the French West Indies known as « brut de colonne » (Martinique and Guadeloupe). To the aromatic power of the two pure cane juices, ced’ has added lemon and passion fruit – both picked when naturally ripe – and a cane sugar syrup custom-made for the ced’ rum workshop by an artisan from Nantes. A fresh, tangy ti arrangé sublimated by agricultural rum and the finesse of sugar cane.
