« Kirk & Sweeney is a range of molasses rums distilled in Santiago De Los Caballeros in the Dominican Republic. Its name comes from a famous schooner known for smuggling rum from the Caribbean to the United States during the Prohibition era. These 3 Dominican rums are traditionally made from sugarcane juice (or vésou), then aged in American white oak barrels for 12, 18 or 23 years. Their beautiful mahogany color reflects complex flavors of cane sugar, dried fruit, vanilla and toasty oak.
