RAISIN is a natural eau-de-vie made from ugni blanc grapes for the table. Its nectarine, nectarine and peach aromas are the result of the solubilization of the parent rock by the vine roots. No wood make-up, just the heart of the fruit. After whole bunch pressing, the juice is vinified without the addition of sulfites, before being distilled in our copper stills. Reduction is made with local spring water to achieve the optimum degree defined by Dmitri Mendeleïev: 38% vol.
